A service from HPSL will include:
Outdoor units;
- Clear the coil of debris, clean and check for damage
- Clear the air discharge space
- Check casing for damage and clean
- Check refrigerant operating pressures are normal
- Check for refrigerant leaks
- Check condition of pipe work and insulation
- Check condition of electrical connections and tighten as required
- Check condition of brackets/fixings
- Check condense drains adequately
- Check for noise/vibration from fan and compressor
Indoor units;
- Clean filters and case
- Clean and disinfect coil (including deep clean if required)
- Check condense pump and pipe work for leaks
- Check fan and louver operation
- Check controller settings and error history
