A service to your solar thermal system from HPSL will include the following:
- Visual inspection of the solar panels, hot water cylinder, pump station and pipe
work
- Check of system pressure
- Check for signs of leaks
- Check pressure relief valve
- Check operation of pump and adjust flow rate as necessary
- Check concentration and condition of glycol (solar fluid) to ensure adequate freeze
protection and flush and recharge as necessary
- Check charge pressure of expansion vessel and adjust as required
- Check position and range of sensors
- Check settings of solar controller for optimal operation
